智利 – Sun Dreams 和 Marina del Sol 之间的合并被搁置

Sun International’s proposed merger of its Chile-based casino company Sun Dreams with the assets of Marina del Sol has been put on ice after the companies couldn’t reach agreement on a memorandum of understanding.

“The parties have agreed that they will continue to consider a potential merger which may result in a transaction at a later stage, in which event shareholders will be advised accordingly,” it said.

将 Sun Dreams 14.94% 的股份出售给 Pacifico 的交易也被推迟。此次交易将使两家公司持有 Sun Dreams 50% 的股份。
