CHIPS – The Charity of The Casino and Gaming Industry provides powered wheelchairs for disabled youngsters.

Michael Silberling, International President of Operations for Caesars Entertainment UK, said:  “At Caesars we have developed a strong culture of giving something back and to be able to support such a worthwhile charity and a former employee makes us all very proud.  We can’t wait to see Josh enjoying his new found mobility.”

The CHIPS charity was founded by Linda Lindsay and senior members of the gaming industry to raisefunds to purchase specialised powered wheelchairs for youngsters with varying disabilities.  CHIPS stands for Children’s Happiness Involves People and to date the charity has raised over £1.2m and has presented over 400 wheelchairs to children.   The CHIPS charity committee works for free, with no expenses deducted and every penny raised goes towards improving the quality of life for disabled children.
